Nem vallotta magát bűnösnek Joan Blum izrael-magyar állampolgár a Székesfehérvári Városi Bíróságon, amikor sor került közokirat-hamisítási ügyének tárgyalására. A vád szerint a vádlott közokirat-hamisítás bűntettét követte el, amikor 2008-ban Sukorón csak névlegesen létesített lakóhelyet, azaz az általa előbb bérelt, majd megvásárolt, lerobbant állapotú ingatlant nem kívánta életvitelszerűen használni.

Joan Blum a tolmács segítségével kommunikált a bírósággal, s elmondta: Sukorón szeretett volna letelepedni… Az egész napos tárgyalás során több tanút is meghallgatott a bíróság, majd kitűzték a következő tárgyalás időpontját: március 23.
